XNR-400A溶融指數儀產品簡介 
用于測定各種高聚物在粘流狀態時熔體流動速率MFR值，它既
適用于熔融溫度較高的聚碳酸酯、聚芳砜、氟塑料、尼龍等工程
塑料，也適用于聚乙烯(PE)、聚苯乙烯（PS）、聚丙烯(PP)、ABS
樹脂、聚甲醛（POM）、聚碳酸酯(PC)樹脂等熔融溫度較低的塑料
測試，廣泛地應用于塑料生產，塑料制品、石油化工等行業以及相關
院校、科研單位和商檢部門。
XNR-400A溶融指數儀適用于《GB/T3682-2000熱塑性塑料熔體
質量流動速率和熔體體積流動速率的測定》國家標準中對規定的熱塑
性塑料熔體質量流動速率的測定，本標準等同采用了ISO  1133：1997
的規定。  主體為臺式結構、設計合理性能穩定可靠、外形美觀、操作
方便，采用了高性能、高精度控制儀表具有采樣精度高，控制速率快的特
點，使用了模糊的PID算法進行恒溫控制。
