溶解建議
 提供的人白介素-6(IL 6)產品為經0.2μm孔徑過濾滅菌的白色凍干粉末；該凍干粉末是從含1mg/ml人白介素-6(IL 6)的PBS, pH 7.4溶液中過濾滅菌并凍干產生的。我們建議加無菌的18MΩ-cm水以配制工作儲存液到100μg/ml，后繼實驗過程中可根據實驗要求進一步稀釋。
 
保存建議
 人白介素-6(IL 6)在室溫可保存3周，或置于-18℃凍存用于長期保存。重新溶解后可以在4℃冷藏保存至少2-7天；如果想延長保存時間，建議分裝（加載體蛋白如0.1% HSA或 BSA）后置于-18℃凍存。請避免反復凍融。
